So not only will you earn more in sales commissions from these members who upgrade (providing you're on a like for like or higher package) but you'll also get a bonus $1 reward every time that member upgrades!
Example scenario:
Let's imagine you have a member in your team who is on the Bronze package. They're hesitate to upgrade to the Black Card package. So instead, they take their time in the business and upgrade package by package to gain confidence, finally reaching the Black card package.
You'll not only earn additional sales commissions from that user, but you'll receive a bonus $5 just for that member upgrading - no matter where he/she appears in your network! The reason for this is because that member has upgraded their package 5 times. 5x$1 = $5
